Ingredients

  • 60 g peas, frozen
  • Salt and pepper, whiter
  • 4 spring onion (s)
  • 1 large egg (s)
  • 2 Table spoons milk
  • 2 tablespoon parmesan, freshly grated
  • 6 basil leaves, cut into strips
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the peas according to the instructions on the packet. Cut the spring onions into 3 cm long pieces.
  2. Mix the egg, milk, parmesan, basil strips, salt and pepper together.
  3. Brush the bottom of a hot coated pan (should not be more than 20 cm in diameter) with oil. Fry the peas and spring onions for approx. 1 minute while stirring. Add the egg mixture and cover and let set over low to medium heat.
  4. Place the frittata on a plate, put the other side back into the pan and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. In addition: lettuce
  6. Tip: Tastes quite delicious even with pea pods.
