Vegetable Salad with Meat and Beans

Salads are the best addition to any meal. They serve both as an independent dish and as an appetizer. Salads are made from meat, vegetables and even fruits. Today we will consider the option of preparing a salad of vegetables with beans and meat. The result is a nutritious and healthy dish.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes – 200 g
- Canned beans – 250 g
- Bulgarian pepper – 100 g
- Boiled beef – 150 g
- Pickled cucumbers – 200 g
- Parsley – to taste
- Onions – 100 g
- Olive oil – 3 tbsp
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
- Let’s prepare the ingredients for the salad: take beef, tomatoes, onions, canned beans, bell peppers, pickles and parsley. We will use olive oil, garlic and salt for the sauce. You can add some ground black pepper or chili rings to taste.
- Boil the beef fillet in advance. Cook for 1.5-2 hours, until cooked and soft. Salt the meat during cooking.
- Cut the boiled meat into small pieces.
- Chop sweet peppers, cut into strips, and cut ripe tomatoes into slices.
- Chop the onions in half rings, and pickles with elongated strips.
- We will send the chopped products into deep dishes: meat, onions, cucumbers, peppers and tomatoes. Add canned beans there (no liquid, no marinade).
- Prepare a salad dressing: mix olive oil, salt and squeeze garlic into the sauce. Let’s mix.
- Season the salad with sauce, mix and put on a dish. Decorate with parsley and serve.
