Ingredients

  • 12 slice / s baguette (s)
  • 50 g butter
  • 200 g zucchini, diced
  • 150 g bell pepper (s), yellow, red and reen in cubes
  • 200 g tomato (s), diced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 250 g mozzarella
  • 3 tablespoon herbs, mixed, chopped (thyme, basil, parsley)
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Toast the baguette. Heat the butter and sauté the diced vegetables together with the garlic for 3-4 minutes. Let cool down. Cut the mozzarella into cubes and add to the vegetables along with the herbs and spices. Mix well and distribute on the breads.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 5-6 minutes. Makes 12 pieces.
