Ingredients

  • 500 g veetables your choice (e.. peas, carrots )
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable stock
  • 0.5 ½ cup water
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 4 tablespoon oatmeal
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Flour for hands

Instructions

  1. Cut the vegetables into small pieces. Mix the vegetable stock with water. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the diced onion. Add the vegetables and vegetable stock and cook covered for 3 - 5 minutes.
  2. Stir the oatmeal and eggs into the slightly cooled vegetable mixture. Shape meatballs with lightly floured hands and fry them in hot oil in a pan over medium heat for 8-10 minutes (turn occasionally). They taste particularly good in a bun as a burger.
