Ingredients

  • 1 liter alcohol (40%)
  • 3 sprigs lemon verbena
  • 150 grams sugar

Instructions

  1. Put the spirit in a clean container with a wide opening. Insert the herb sprigs upside down.
  2. After two days the liquid is light green and the herbs can be removed. Then add the sugar.
  3. After a few days the sugar will have dissolved and the liqueur will be ready. But it has to stand in the cellar for another two weeks to gain taste.
