Ingredients
Beets – 1 Piece
Carrots – 1-2 Pieces
Potatoes – 1-2 Pieces
Onion – 1 Piece
Sauerkraut – 200 Grams
Pickled cucumbers – 2-3 pieces
Canned beans – 300 Grams (peas can be)
Salt – 1 To taste
Vegetable oil – 1 To taste
Directions
Most of the time it will take you to boil vegetables until cooked, and then cool them.
After that, everything is quite simple: cut the beets into small cubes and put them in a deep salad bowl. Drizzle a little oil and stir.
Peel and chop the onion.
Chop the pickles into small pieces.
Cut the peeled potatoes into cubes.
And then cut the carrots into small pieces.
Squeeze the cabbage from the brine and, if desired, rinse under running water. Dry a little and place in a salad bowl.
Finally add canned peas or beans. Salt if desired and season with vegetable oil. You can, of course, also use mayonnaise.
And mix everything well. Everything, an excellent vinaigrette is ready. Help yourself!
