Ingredients

  • 300 g wheat flour
  • 200 g rye flour
  • 50 g oat pulp
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled salt
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled bread spice mixture
  • 0.5 ½ cube yeast, fresh (or 1 P. dry yeast)
  • 370 ml water, lukewarm
  • Oat flakes, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients (dissolve fresh yeast in water) and knead until the dough comes off the base. Cover and let rise for about 2 hours, then knead, shape a loaf or roll, place on a baking sheet and let rise for another 20 minutes.
  2. Make several cross cuts on the surface, brush with a little water and sprinkle with oat flakes.
  3. Bake at 220 ° for 10 minutes - pour a cup of water into the pipe - then bake at 200 ° for another 45 minutes.
