Waffle Potato Cake

For evening tea or morning coffee, you always want something sweet. I propose the simplest recipe for making the Potato cake from ordinary waffles, butter, chocolate and cocoa. Delicious!

Serving: 6-8

Ingredients

  • Waffles – 600 Grams
  • Butter – 200 Grams
  • Cocoa – 3 Art. spoons
  • Walnuts – 2 Glasses
  • Black chocolate – 100 grams
  • Almonds – To taste (for garnish)
  • Sesame – To taste (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Grind the waffles with a blender. In addition, we grind peeled walnuts. Mix waffle crumbs with nuts.
  2. Melt the butter separately.
  3. Add grated chocolate and cocoa to the waffle chips, pour in the melted butter. Stir the mixture thoroughly with a spatula until smooth.
  4. Form cakes from the resulting mass. You can give any shape: make them round or oval. Dip the cakes in sesame seeds and garnish with almonds. Place in refrigerator for 1-2 hours to harden.
