  • 250 g mararine
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 500g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 275 ml milk, warmed up
  • 6 egg whites
  • Lemon juice
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 500 g quark
  • juice
  • possibly fruits

Instructions

  1. Separate egg white and yolk, beat egg white until stiff. Beat the margarine and sugar until frothy, stir in the egg yolks. Add the lemon juice and vanilla sugar and beat in. Mix in the flour, baking powder and milk. Fold in the egg whites. Put the batter into the waffle iron and bake light yellow, then this recipe tastes best.
  2. In the meantime, mix 500 g quark with fruit juice and add any fruit.
