Ingredients

  • 600 g beef, for stewin
  • 3 onion (s)
  • 40 g butter
  • salt
  • Ground pepper
  • Caraway seeds as a whole
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 4 tablespoon sour cream
  • 4 tablespoon breadcrumbs from black bread
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • Parsley, chopped
  • 0.25 liter ¼ soup (beef soup)
  • 0.25 liter ¼ beer, light

Instructions

  1. Remove the skin and tendons from the meat, cut both leaves. Cut the onion into rings and roast. Now heat the butter and quickly fry the salted, peppered meat in it. Finely chop the remaining two onions and roast them. Now add the tomato paste and bind the whole thing with black bread crumbs, then pour the beef soup and beer on top. Then season with salt, ground pepper and caraway seeds and cook until soft.
  2. If necessary, you can add some more soup. Finally, the Zwettler beer is served with the roasted onion rings, capers and chopped parsley and 1 tablespoon of sour cream each.
