Ingredients

For the yeast dough:

  • 400 g flour
  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 200 ml milk
  • 50 g butter

For covering:

  • 200 g sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 200 g walnuts, rouhly chopped
  • 100 g nuts, round
  • 100 g cane suar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 75 g butter

Instructions

  1. For the yeast dough, first sift the flour into a bowl, mix with the yeast, sugar and salt and knead with milk and butter to form a smooth yeast dough. Cover and let rise for at least 1 hour.
  2. Grease a baking sheet and spread the proofed dough out of it. Cover again and let rise until the topping is prepared.
  3. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
  4. Mix the sour cream with the honey. Mix the walnuts with the hazelnuts, cinnamon and cane sugar.
  5. Spread the sour cream evenly on the dough and sprinkle the nut mixture over it. Spread the butter in flakes on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
  7. Tastes warm as well as cold - well drawn - very tasty!
