Instructions

  1. Put both types of cream cheese in a container. Roughly chop the figs and 30 g walnuts and add to them.
  2. Puree everything together with the blender. If you have, you can of course puree in the Thermomix or another mixer. This step is a little tedious because the mass tends to hang in the knife and has to be pulled out from underneath.
  3. When everything is evenly pureed, chop the remaining walnuts, add to the dip and finally add honey to taste.
  4. The dip goes well with meat, but also as a spread.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
