Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 1 egg (s)
  • 125 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 ½ bottle rum flavor
  • 200 g walnuts
  • 100 g fi (s), dried
  • 100 g almond (s)
  • Wafers

For the cast:

  • 150 g powdered suar
  • 3 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. First chop the walnuts and figs very finely, then grind the almonds finely.
  2. Beat the egg with sugar, vanilla sugar and rum flavoring until frothy, then fold in walnuts, almonds and figs. Now place the dough on the baking wafers with the help of a teaspoon and bake on a baking sheet lined with baking paper in a preheated oven at 140 ° for about 25 minutes.
  3. Stir the sifted powdered sugar with water until smooth and cover the cookies with it immediately after baking.
  4. Makes about 35 cookies.
