Watermelon Cocktail with Ice Cream

This is a great non-alcoholic cocktail made from watermelon pulp, ice cream, and ice! This cocktail perfectly quenches thirst and is sure to please all lovers of milkshakes.

Ingredients

  • Watermelon (pulp without rind and bones) – 260 g
  • Creamy ice cream – 80 g
  • Ice – 4 cubes

Directions

  1. Select the seeds from the watermelon pulp, cut off the green rinds, and cut the pulp into small pieces.
  2. In a blender bowl, grind the ice into small crumbs.
  3. Add the watermelon pulp to the ice.
  4. Add ice cream to this.
  5. Beat the ice, watermelon, and ice cream until smooth, so that no large pieces of watermelon or ice cream remain.
  6. Pour the watermelon shake into glasses and serve immediately.
