White and Red Press Sack with Music

Ingredients

150 g sausae, (white press ba) cut into approx. 3 mm thick slices
150 g sausae (red press sack) cut into approx. 3 mm thick slices
1 large onion (s)
4 tablespoon white wine vinegar
2 tablespoon oil, (sunflower oil)
salt
pepper
2 cucumber (s), (pickles)

Instructions

Arrange the approx. 3 mm thick pressed sack discs on 2 plates.
Peel and halve the onion and cut into thin slices. Spread on the press bag.
Mix a marinade from vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Spread over the press bag and let it infuse for at least 15 minutes.
Halve the cucumber lengthways and add to it.
A fresh farmer`s bread and a beer go best with it.
