Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 15 g salt
  • 55 ml olive oil
  • 1 packet yeast (dry yeast)
  • 275 ml water

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Knead with the dough hook on the lowest setting to form an elastic dough. Cover with kitchen foil and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  2. Line the baking pan (about 11.5 cm) with baking paper. Roll the dough into a roll
