Ingredients

  • 200 g chocolate, white
  • 200 g milk
  • 400 g cream

Instructions

  1. Heat the milk and melt the white chocolate in it. Let the chocolate milk cool down, preferably about 1 hour in the freezer.
  2. Pour the cream and the cooled chocolate milk into a tall mixing bowl and whip with a hand mixer until thick and creamy. Pour into the ice cream maker.
  3. You can also take whole milk chocolate, then possibly add cocoa and a little sugar.
