Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
  • 100 g chocolate, white
  • 60 g heavy cream or double crème

Instructions

  1. Boil 4 tablespoons of water and the vanilla sugar in a small saucepan and reduce to a syrupy level for 2-3 minutes, then remove from the stove.
  2. Roughly chop the chocolate, add to the hot syrup and stir until the chocolate has melted. Stir in the cream or double crème and heat briefly.
  3. Serve warm or cold.
