Ingredients

  • 500 g flour, (Type405)
  • 350 ml water, (lukewarm)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cube yeast
  • 1 glass olives, (diced small)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the yeast in the water. Sift the flour, mix with the sugar and salt. Add the liquid yeast and knead into a dough with the hand mixer. Add the diced olives (I always use olives pickled in herbs) and knead in.
  2. Shape the loaf on a baking sheet lined with baking paper or put in a bread pan. Bake bread in an oven preheated to 190 ° for about 25 minutes.
