  • 300 g Cornelian cherries, fresh, pitted
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 1 large pear (s)
  • 1 dash cornel syrup
  • some water as needed
  • possibly honey
  • possibly vanilla sugar
  • possibly cinnamon powder
  • possibly lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Put the freshly washed, pitted and pitted cornel cherries in a blender jar. Add the peeled and chopped banana and also the washed, pitted and quartered pear. Puree with a hand blender, add a dash of cornel cherry syrup and dilute the consistency of the drink with a little water as required.
  2. This mixture is already a hit and sweetening is superfluous. But if you want to refine it, you can add any of the above ingredients of your choice.
