- wild garlic paste, approx. 1 - 2 tablespoon
- 1 teaspoon almonds, chopped
- pepper
- possibly sweeteners

- Peel and grate the carrots, this is best done with a food processor.
- Squeeze the lemon and place in a bowl with oil. Stir in wild garlic paste and almonds and season with pepper. Now fold in the carrots and you`re done.
