Ingredients

  • 750 ml grape juice, red
  • 2 orange (s), untreated
  • 2 lemon (s), untreated
  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 4 clove (s)
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 1 star anise, as desired

Instructions

  1. Heat the water, grape juice, honey, spices, possibly 1 star anise and thin orange and lemon slices cut into eighths, do not boil. Cover and let stand for 15 minutes. Distribute in mulled wine glasses. Decorate the glasses with orange peel spirals.
