Ingredients

  • 500 g shrimp (s), frozen
  • 2 bell pepper (s)
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) coriander powder
  • 8 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 200 ml poultry broth
  • 3 chilli pepper (s), dried
  • 3 sprigs mint

Instructions

  1. Thaw the prawns, cut the bell pepper into strips and the spring onion into rings.
  2. Heat a wok with the olive oil, press the garlic and add. Fry the peppers in it for 1 - 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the spring onions and fry for 1 minute.
  3. Put the prawns, coriander and chilli peppers in the wok with the broth and bring to the boil. Fold in sprigs of mint and serve immediately.
  4. Simply prepare rice or wok noodles for the main course and serve with it.
