Ingredients

  • 75 g rice
  • 1 bell pepper (preferably a red one)
  • 1 cup shrimp (s), (drained weight 00g) in brine
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Put on the rice and cook according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Wash and clean the peppers and carrots and cut into small pieces, possibly slicing the carrots.
  3. Cut the onion into fine pieces and fry in the pan when it is golden yellow, add the prawns and let the whole thing brown lightly, gradually adding the peppers and carrots and seasoning with salt and pepper and simmering them nicely .
  4. When the rice is ready, just stir in!
