Ingredients

  • 5 fish fillet (s) (perch)
  • 3 bell peppers, red, yellow, green
  • 1 cup cream
  • 0.25 liter ¼ tomato sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • basil
  • 1 dash lemon juice
  • spice (s)
  • 2 cup rice

Instructions

  1. Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper and lemon, cut into small pieces and sauté in a pan with oil. Add diced paprika and simmer on low heat. Tomato sauce (preferably already pre-seasoned, a leftover from the day before, e.g. from pizza making) and a mug of cream add and simmer, season with spices. When the rice is done, mix everything together.
