Ingredients
- 150 g meat sausae (Lyoner sausae or ham sausae)
- 2 small pickles
- 1 medium tomato (s)
- 1 egg (s), hard-boiled
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- vinegar
- Oil (rapeseed oil)
- some cucumber liquid
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground

- Cut the sausage into thin slices and then into thin strips. Dice the pickles, cut the tomato into eighths, peel the hard-boiled egg and cut into slices with the egg cutter. Put everything together in a large bowl.
- Mix some cold water with vinegar, oil, some cucumber stock, pepper, salt and mayonnaise well. Mix with the ingredients in the bowl and let it steep for about 1 hour, stirring often.
- This sausage salad can also be prepared a day before consumption, then it can really pull through. It is also suitable for party guests or as a cold dinner.
- Baguette rolls, ciabatta rolls, dark farmer`s bread or white bread are served as a side dish.
