- 500 ml milk, or water, lukewarm
- 100 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 100 g lucose
- 1 cube yeast, fresh
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 kg spelled flour, type 050
- 1 egg (s)

- Heat the oven to 50 ° C for 10 minutes, then switch it off again.
- Pour lukewarm milk or water and olive oil together, then stir in the grape sugar and yeast and finally add the salt. Pour the spelled flour into a bowl, add the liquid mixture of ingredients and knead the dough vigorously until it has a consistency similar to chewing gum.
- Place the bowl with the dough in the heated but switched off oven and let stand for 60 minutes. The dough should rise about twice as much during this time.
