Instructions

  1. Mash the banana with a fork to a fine puree and mix with the remaining ingredients with the mixer to form a smooth dough. Heat the waffle iron and grease it with a little sunflower oil (I use a pastry brush). Put approx. 4 tablespoons of batter per waffle into the waffle iron and fry the waffles until golden brown. Possibly grease the iron after every waffle. With my heart waffle maker, the batter is enough for exactly 5 waffles. The waffles taste good on their own or with sweet toppings to your own taste. They also taste very good cold or the next day! Info: Due to the fruit`s own sweetness of the banana and the natural sweetness of the oat drink, you don`t need any extra sugar. Therefore, the waffles are also very suitable for small eaters or as a sweet breakfast.
