Rice Flour Waffles

Rice flour is high in starch and protein. Despite the complete absence of gluten, very tasty products can be baked from it. I suggest making waffles. Take note of the recipe!

Ingredients

  • Rice flour – 300 grams
  • Eggs – 2 Pieces
  • Sugar – 1.5-2 Art. spoons
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Milk – 220 Milliliters
  • Baking powder for dough – 1.5 Teaspoons
  • Vanillin – To taste
  • Butter – 50 Grams

Directions

  1. Prepare the required ingredients.
  2. Combine milk and butter in a bowl. Heat the milk to melt the butter. Then cool to room temperature.
  3. Add vanillin and salt to the cooled mixture. Stir.
  4. Add eggs, sugar. Stir until smooth.
  5. Add flour, baking powder. Mix well.
  6. The dough should turn out to be airy, light, creamy.
  7. Heat the waffle iron. Lubricate the panels with vegetable oil. Pour in 2 tablespoons each. spoons with a slide of dough, close the lid.
  8. Bake for 5 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Serve ready-made waffles with your favorite drinks.
