Ingredients
- 150 g natural yourt, low in fat
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon oil (e.g. olive oil or garlic oil)
- 1 bunch chives, cut into small pieces
- salt
- pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon lime juice or lemon juice

- Mix yoghurt with honey, oil, chopped chives, pressed garlic clove and lime juice (or lemon juice) well with a whisk. Salt and pepper well.
- It is best to chill for a few hours before mixing the dressing with the salad.
