Yogurt Casserole with Berries

A mouth-watering 5-ingredient casserole that can be made for breakfast or as a light dessert alternative. The base of drinking yogurt, eggs, and a small amount of starch gives the casserole a delicate texture, reminiscent of a soufflé, and frozen berries add juiciness and bring refreshing fruity notes to the dish. Fast, simple, and delicious! Try it!

Ingredients
- Drinking yogurt, sweet – 250 ml
- Frozen berries – 40 g
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Corn starch – 20 g
- Sugar – 30 g (or to taste)
- Butter for lubricating molds – 5 g

To prepare a casserole, it is most convenient to use drinking yogurt with a fruit flavor (I had a peach one) – it will give an interesting flavor to the casserole. You can add any berries: fresh or frozen, which are available or those that are more to your taste. I used frozen raspberries.
- Turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees. Combine drinking yogurt and eggs in a bowl. Whisk everything until smooth.

Add cornstarch and sugar. Adjust the amount of sugar to taste, depending on the sweetness of the yogurt. Mix everything well again so that there are no lumps of starch and the sugar dissolves.
- Divide the prepared mixture into the portioned baking tins, about two thirds full. If desired, the molds can be pre-greased with butter.
- Place the molds in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes so that the egg-yogurt mixture is completely thickened and slightly browned. In the oven, the casserole will rise and expand in volume but will settle slightly as it cools.
- Yogurt casserole with berries is ready. Cool it slightly. Serve warm and serve the yogurt casserole to the table.
