- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 cup oil
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup yogurt, 200 ml
- 3 egg (s)

- To measure, I use the yogurt cup (200 ml).
- Put all the ingredients one after the other in the Quick Chef, stir everything well and pour into the muffin tins. Makes 14 muffins in a muffin round from Tupperware.
- Bake at 180 degrees top / bottom heat in a preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Tip: There are a lot of variations, use a yoghurt with flavor, e.g. strawberry, cherry, stracciatella, blueberries etc.
