Ingredients

  • 1 small zucchini
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 egg (s), depending on size
  • 50 grams flour
  • 25 g butter, room temperature
  • salt and pepper
  • Chili powder

Instructions

  1. Grate the zucchini and carrots into small strips with the slicer. Finely dice the onion and finely chop the clove of garlic. Add the butter, flour and eggs to this vegetable mixture and mix everything together. Season with salt, pepper and chilli to taste.
  2. Put everything in a lightly greased tart pan and bake at 160 degrees for about 40 minutes.
  3. We like to eat a delicious quark or a fresh salad or just nothing.
