  • 3 packs puff pastry, fresher
  • 2 zucchini
  • 800 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 200 g cheese, rated Emmentaler, alternatively feta
  • oil
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic

Instructions

  1. Sauté the onion in a little oil, fry the minced meat, slice the zucchini in juliennes and then fry with it. Season with salt, pepper and garlic. Let the whole thing cool down.
  2. Spread cold on the puff pastry. The cheese is sprinkled over it and the strudel is rolled up.
  3. Bake for approx. 20 minutes at 200 ° C until the puff pastry is lightly browned. You can eat the strudel hot or cold.
