Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini

For the filling:

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 300 g chicken breast
  • 100 g ham, diced
  • 100 g processed cheese

For the sauce:

  • 500 g tomato (s), passed
  • 1 scoop mozzarella
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • sugar
  • Herbs

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into small strips or cubes. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the chicken and after about 3 minutes add the diced ham. Keep frying everything well. Season with a little pepper, do not add salt, the ham is salty enough. Remove the pan from the hob and stir in the processed cheese.
  2. Wash the zucchini, cut in half and scrape out the soft with a spoon. Place the zucchini in a baking dish. Season the inner surface with salt, pepper and paprika. Put the filling in the zucchini.
  3. Season the tomatoes with a little salt, pepper, sugar and the herbs and pour into the baking dish. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices and pour over the zucchini.
  4. Bake in the oven at 160 ° C for 25 minutes.
  5. This goes well with baguette, pasta salad, potato salad, rice, potatoes.
