Ingredients
- 2 small zucchini, or a medium one
- 1 medium onion (s)
- 2 tablespoon crème fraîche
- 1 shot Cremefine or cream
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 tablespoon processed cheese
- 1 packet tortellini from the freshness shelf
- Meatsoup
- salt and pepper

- First peel and dice the onion. Also wash the zucchini, cut into slices (not too thick) and halve again.
- Then fry the onions in a pan with a little oil until translucent. Then add the zucchini and cook until golden.
- Meanwhile, the tortellini can be cooked according to the instructions.
- Now add the remaining ingredients to the zucchini and, depending on your taste, season with meat stock, pepper and salt.
- Finally add the cooked tortellini, stir once and serve.
