  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar essence (5%)

Instructions

  1. Prepare a brew from the first four ingredients. Cut the onions into fine rings and pour the stock over them. Let it steep for at least an hour.
  2. The onions are ideal as an accompaniment to grilled food.
