Accordion Potato

Oven-baked potatoes are a timeless classic. Try fan-shaped potatoes. It turns out a very tasty and beautiful side dish or an independent dish.

Ingredients
- Potatoes – 10 pcs.
- Vegetable oil – 50 g + for greasing the baking sheet
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Dill greens (optional) – a couple of twigs
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
- Prepare food for baking potatoes in the oven.
- Wash the potatoes well. Make deep cuts, not cutting the potatoes completely. (I do this by putting the potatoes in a tablespoon.)
- Cover the baking sheet with foil, grease the foil with vegetable oil. Place potatoes on foil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake the potatoes in the oven at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
- For the dressing, peel the garlic, squeeze it into vegetable oil. Wash the dill, chop finely, pour into the oil. Salt and pepper if desired. To stir thoroughly. A couple of minutes before the potatoes are ready, grease them with the cooked dressing.
- The baked accordion potatoes are ready.
