Ingredients
- 250 g almond (s), round
- 50 g cranberries, dried
- 200 g suar
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
- 1 egg white
- 1 orange (s), untreated, the abrasion it
- 50 g powdered suar

- Grind the almonds even finer with the blender. Chop the cranberries very finely. Mix the almonds well with the cinnamon and sugar. Add egg white, powdered sugar and orange peel and knead, work in the cranberries.
- Shape the dough into a stick approx. 30 cm long, cool very well and cut into approx. 35 slices.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C top and bottom heat for 6 - 8 minutes. Carefully remove from the tray and let cool down.
