Ingredients

  • 60 g cornstarch
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 9 egg (s), separated
  • 370 g quark, (curd cheese)
  • 180 g sour cream

Instructions

  1. Mix quark (curd cheese), egg yolks, and sour cream in a bowl. Stir in the cornstarch.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the beaten egg whites into the quark mixture.
  4. Grease dariol molds and sprinkle the insides with sugar. Divide the mixture evenly between the molds.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (302°F) with top and bottom heat for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve warm with berries.
