  • 60 g cornstarch
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 9 egg (s), separated
  • 370 g quark, (curd cheese)
  • 180 g sour cream

Instructions

  1. Mix the curd cheese, egg yolks and sour cream, stir in the cornstarch. Beat sugar and egg white into snow and fold into the curd mixture. Fill into greased dariol dishes sprinkled with sugar and bake in the oven at 150 ° top / bottom heat for about 30 minutes.
  2. Serve with berries.
