Ingredients

  • 150 g amaranth, puffed
  • 200 g cocoa butter or liquid coconut oil
  • 1 vanilla pod, which the pulp
  • 50 g almond (s), toasted
  • 60 g date (s)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon goji berries
  • 120 g almond butter
  • 15 g bakin cocoa
  • 120 g aave syrup or honey, if not vean

Instructions

  1. If cocoa butter is used, let it melt. Chop the almonds into small pieces. Cut the dates and goji berries into small pieces.
  2. Knead all ingredients together, possibly with a hand mixer. Then place the mixture on a baking pan (20 x 30 cm) lined with baking paper and smooth it out. Put everything in the freezer for at least half an hour.
  3. Now cut the mass into approx. 15 rectangles as desired. Carefully! It can easily crumble when cut open. It is best to store the bars in the freezer! They keep fresh for a very, very long time!
