Ingredients

  • 1 cup (s) nuts all kinds (what you have there)
  • 0.5 ½ cup honey or brown sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) sea salt
  • 200 ml condensed milk

Instructions

  1. First mix the dry ingredients together. Then add honey and condensed milk and knead everything briefly. So that the bars in the oven are firm but not dry afterwards, make sure that the mass is a thick paste before baking and not too dry. This is regulated with the condensed milk.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet or in a baking tin. To make it easier for you to cut, scratch the approximate shape with the spatula.
  3. Put in the cold oven, switch to 150 ° C (top / bottom heat) and bake for about 30-40 minutes.
  4. Let cool down briefly and cut into bars while still warm. When the bars are cold, you can sprinkle them with chocolate if you like.
  5. Ingredients and amounts can be varied as you like. You can also mix dried fruit or just one type of nuts or just kernels. How you like it best.
  6. Makes about 20 bars.
