Ingredients

  • 50 g hazelnuts
  • 50 g pumpkin seeds
  • 100 g fi (s)
  • 50 g prunes
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 2 apples
  • 150 g whole wheat flour
  • 0.25 liter ¼ water
  • 5 tablespoon oil (sunflower oil)
  • 100 g raisins
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ iodized salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 150 g oatmeal

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, figs and prunes (if you want it finer, chop finely). Grate the apples. Put the flour and oatmeal in a bowl. Mix in the water, oil and the remaining ingredients, season with salt, honey and cinnamon and knead everything into a dough.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the dough evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes. Cut the still warm dough into 20 portions and allow to cool.
  3. You can store the bars in a tin can or the like using the parchment paper as an intermediate layer so that the bars do not stick together.
