Preheat the oven to 190 ° C fan oven.
Put the oat flakes in a blender and process into fine flour. Mix the oatmeal, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Put sugar and 60 g chocolate in the mixer and mix vigorously until a fine brown chocolate powder is formed.
Put this chocolate powder in a bowl, add butter and stir in the whisk of a mixer. Now add the egg and vanilla extract and mix everything together.
Add the flour mixture and stir together (now it`s better to use the dough hook). Add nuts and stir again. Finally add the chopped chocolate and stir again.
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and, using two tablespoons, place small heaps about 5 cm apart on the baking sheet, pressing them down lightly.
Put in the oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes.
