Boiled potatoes with onion dressing, olive oil, and sherry vinegar.

Ingredients

  • Young potatoes, cooked “in their jacket” – 5 pcs.
  • Onions, young, medium-sized – 2 pcs.
  • Olive oil
  • Wine vinegar (sherry)
  • Sea salt
  • White pepper
  • Chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Peel boiled potatoes (warm). Cut into large slices.
  2. Finely chop the onion.
  3. For the dressing, mix vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add onion.
  5. Add oil (in a ratio of about Stir the dressing.
