Ingredients
- g 1,000 nectarine (s), (pitted and already pureed)
- 500 g preservin suar, (2: 1)
- 1 cl amaretto
- 1 dash lemon juice (essence)

- Wash the nectarines, remove the core and puree with the skin.
- Now cook the nectarine puree with the amaretto and lemon essence with the preserving sugar according to the instructions and fill into jam jars.
