Ingredients

  • g 1,000 nectarine (s), peeled and without a core
  • 500 g preservin suar, 1: 2

Instructions

  1. Puree the peeled and pitted nectarines with the hand blender, I like it when there is still something firm to the bite.
  2. Put everything in a saucepan, stir in the sugar and bring to the boil while stirring. Then simmer for about 8 minutes. I always do a gel test on a small flat plate.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in the pistachios and lemon juice.
  4. Then quickly fill into glasses, put the lid on and upside down until it is cold.
