Ingredients

  • 2 bell pepper (s)
  • 2 zucchini
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 bulb garlic
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1 pinch (s) thyme or marjoram
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Cut the bell pepper into bite-sized pieces and the zucchini into slices. Eighth or slice the mushrooms, do the same with the onions. Peel the garlic cloves (approx. 10-12 pieces) and leave them whole. For the marinade, stir well the olive oil, paprika, pepper, thyme, salt and crushed garlic clove. Put the vegetables in a bowl and marinate with them. Place the marinated vegetables on a tray (or on a special aluminum grill tray that can be placed on the oven tray). Set the oven to about 200 degrees, bake for about 45 minutes and finally switch on the grill. The dish tastes great as a starter or as a side dish for grilling.
