Ingredients
For the ground:
- 140 g butter
- 130 g cream cheese
- 200 g flour
- 2 tablespoon sugar
For the filling:
- 550 g apples, peeled, cut into wedes
- 350 g cherry (s), pitted
- 4 tablespoon amaretto
- 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 50 grams sugar
- 5 tablespoon cornstarch
For the sprinkles:
- 140 g flour
- 80 g suar
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 130 g almond (s), round
- 130 g desiccated coconut
- 100 g butter, room temperature
- 2 Table spoons milk

- Ground:
- Mix the butter and cream cheese together, then work in the flour and sugar. Shape the dough into a ball, wrap it in cling film and place in the fridge for about 1.5 hours.
- Then use the dough to cover a greased mold with a size of 26 lined with parchment paper; thereby also form an edge.
- Filling:
- Mix the apples, cherries, amaretto, vanilla and lemon juice. Mix the sugar and cornstarch, sprinkle on top and mix in. Put the filling on the dough.
- Bake the cake for 35 minutes at 200 ° C.
- Streusel:
