Ingredients

  • 200 g wheat flour or whole wheat flour
  • 150 g butter
  • 100 g suar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
  • 3 large apples, e.g., Boskop
  • raisins

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in the pot / microwave and let it cool down. Mix the flour with the sugar and cinnamon and knead together with the cooled butter with the hand mixer so that crumbs are formed.
  2. Grease a medium-sized baking dish. Peel and core the apples, cut into slices and lay out / layer them in the greased baking dish. Spread the raisins on top as required and cover evenly with the sprinkles. Bake in a preheated oven (top / bottom heat 200 ° C) for about 25 minutes.
  3. Tip: especially delicious warm and served with vanilla sauce / ice cream.
